Apple launched the Safari 4 (beta) today on their website. It is being touted as the world’s best browser. What’s my take? I downloaded the browser this morning to check it out and beyond crashing after reboot, it works great! Very cool new features are included with the beta like the new tab feature. It opens a panoramic view of your favorite sites in a gorgeous setting. I recently switched back to Safari from Firefox on the mac and I will say they are doing well to keep me loyal!
So… My take on it is that I am extremely impressed with the efficiency and presentation of the browser. Definitely the coolest looking (official) browser on the web.
